These Terms &amp; Agreements (&#8220;Terms&#8221;) govern your access to and use of the Scarlet Hunter Social Club website, services, applications, and member community (collectively, the &#8220;Service&#8221;).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Eligibility<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To use Scarlet Hunter Social Club, you must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Be at least eighteen (18) years of age.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide accurate and truthful registration information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Users who misrepresent their age or identity may have their accounts permanently terminated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Nature of the Service<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Scarlet Hunter Social Club is an online social community intended for adults.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Service allows members to communicate through features such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Public chat rooms<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Direct messaging<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Member profiles<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Community discussions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Blogs and articles<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Other community features offered by Scarlet Hunter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Scarlet Hunter is not a dating service, matchmaking service, escort service, or event organizer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Scarlet Ranch Relationship<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Scarlet Hunter Social Club operates independently as an online community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Membership in Scarlet Hunter does not require membership in Scarlet Ranch unless expressly stated for specific features or promotions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Likewise, membership in Scarlet Ranch does not automatically grant access to Scarlet Hunter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. User Accounts<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You are responsible for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All activity occurring under your account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keeping your account information current.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You may not:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Share your account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sell your account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transfer your account to another person.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Acceptable Use<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Members agree to use Scarlet Hunter responsibly and respectfully.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You may not:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Harass or threaten other users.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Engage in hate speech or discriminatory conduct.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Impersonate another person.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Spam or advertise without authorization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Post malicious software or phishing links.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Engage in fraud or scams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Share another person&#8217;s private information without permission.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Upload content that infringes another party&#8217;s intellectual property rights.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attempt to bypass site security or moderation systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use automated tools, bots, or scripts without authorization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Zero-Tolerance Prohibited Content<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The following is strictly prohibited:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Any sexual exploitation or abuse of minors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Grooming or solicitation involving minors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Human trafficking or exploitation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Non-consensual sexual content.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sharing intimate images without consent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promotion of terrorism or violent extremist organizations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fraudulent schemes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Malware distribution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Illegal drug trafficking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Content that violates applicable law.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Violations may result in immediate account termination and, where appropriate, reporting to law enforcement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. User Content<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You retain ownership of the content you submit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By posting content on Scarlet Hunter, you grant Scarlet Hunter a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content solely for operating, maintaining, and improving the Service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You represent that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You own the content or have permission to post it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your content does not violate the rights of others.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your content complies with these Terms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10.
