Purpose<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Scarlet Hunter Social Club (&#8220;Scarlet Hunter,&#8221; &#8220;we,&#8221; &#8220;our,&#8221; or &#8220;us&#8221;) is committed to maintaining a respectful, welcoming, and secure online community for adults.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This Safety &amp; Reporting Policy explains:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Our approach to community safety.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How members can report concerning content or behavior.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How reports are reviewed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possible enforcement actions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Our expectations for responsible participation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This Policy should be read together with our Terms &amp; Agreements, Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and Acceptable Use Policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Our Commitment<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Scarlet Hunter strives to provide a community where members can communicate respectfully and safely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We work to reduce:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Harassment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bullying<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Spam<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fraud<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Impersonation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hate-based conduct<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Threats of violence<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Distribution of malware<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Illegal activity<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Content that violates our Community Guidelines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We reserve the right to investigate reports and take appropriate action to protect our community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Safety Features<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Scarlet Hunter may provide safety features including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Member reporting tools<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>User blocking<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conversation moderation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Account suspension tools<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Account removal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Content removal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Automated spam detection<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Additional moderation technologies adopted by Scarlet Hunter over time<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Available features may change as the platform evolves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Automated Moderation<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Scarlet Hunter uses automated moderation tools to help identify content that may violate our policies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Automated systems may help detect or flag:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Spam<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fraudulent activity<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Harassment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Threats<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Repeated abusive behavior<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Other content that may violate our Terms or Community Guidelines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Automated systems assist our moderation process but do not replace human judgment. Not every flagged item will result in enforcement, and some violations may not be detected automatically.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Human Review<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where appropriate, reports and flagged content may be reviewed by authorized moderators or administrators.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Moderators may consider factors including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Context<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Severity<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Frequency<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Intent<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prior account history<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Community safety<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Scarlet Hunter reserves discretion in making moderation decisions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. What Should Be Reported<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Members should report conduct including, but not limited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Harassment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Threats<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hate-based conduct<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Spam<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Scams<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Impersonation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Distribution of malware<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fraud<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Doxxing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unauthorized sharing of private information<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Non-consensual intimate imagery<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Content promoting illegal activity<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attempts to exploit or groom minors<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Other violations of our Terms or Community Guidelines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. How to Report Content<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Members should use the reporting features available within the Scarlet Hunter platform whenever possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When submitting a report, include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The user involved.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The conversation or content being reported.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A brief description of the issue.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any additional information that may assist moderators.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">False or intentionally misleading reports may themselves violate our Community Guidelines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Confidentiality of Reports<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Scarlet Hunter will make reasonable efforts to treat reports confidentially.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However, information related to a report may be shared when reasonably necessary to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Investigate the report.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enforce our policies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Protect community safety.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comply with legal obligations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Respond to lawful requests from governmental authorities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Possible Enforcement Actions<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depending on the circumstances, Scarlet Hunter may:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Issue a reminder.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Issue a formal warning.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remove content.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Restrict messaging privileges.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Restrict access to specific features.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Temporarily suspend an account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Permanently terminate an account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preserve relevant records where appropriate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refer matters to law enforcement when required by law or reasonably necessary to address serious unlawful conduct.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Scarlet Hunter is not required to apply enforcement measures in any particular order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Appeals<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Members who believe an enforcement action was taken in error may contact Scarlet Hunter through the designated support channel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Submission of an appeal does not guarantee reversal of a moderation decision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Scarlet Hunter may uphold, modify, or reverse moderation decisions after review.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Blocking Other Members<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Members may use available blocking tools to limit interactions with other users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Blocking another member does not automatically result in disciplinary action against that member.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a member&#8217;s conduct violates our policies, a report should also be submitted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12. Offline Interactions<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Scarlet Hunter is an online communication platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Scarlet Hunter does not arrange, supervise, or verify meetings between members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If members choose to interact outside the platform, they do so at their own discretion and risk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Members are encouraged to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Meet only when they feel comfortable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Respect consent and personal boundaries.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Consider meeting in public locations for initial meetings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inform a trusted person of their plans.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leave any situation in which they feel unsafe.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Scarlet Hunter cannot guarantee the conduct or identity of any member outside the platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">13. Emergency Situations<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Scarlet Hunter is not an emergency response service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you believe there is an immediate risk of serious physical harm or another emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately before submitting a report through Scarlet Hunter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">14. Child Safety<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Scarlet Hunter has zero tolerance for child sexual exploitation or abuse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Accounts involved in content that exploits or endangers minors may be immediately terminated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where appropriate, Scarlet Hunter may preserve relevant information and cooperate with lawful investigations consistent with applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">15. Account Security<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Members are responsible for protecting their own accounts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We recommend:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Using a strong, unique password.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enabling multi-factor authentication if offered.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Never sharing login credentials.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Logging out of shared devices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reporting suspected unauthorized access promptly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">16. Good-Faith Reporting<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Members are encouraged to report concerns in good faith.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Knowingly submitting false reports, attempting to weaponize the reporting system, or repeatedly filing malicious complaints may result in moderation action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">17. Continuous Improvement<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Scarlet Hunter may update its moderation practices, reporting tools, and safety features as technology, legal requirements, and community needs evolve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Updates may include new automated detection tools, additional reporting options, or revised moderation procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">18.
