Welcome to Scarlet Hunter Social Club.
Our goal is to provide a welcoming, respectful, and engaging online community where adults can connect, chat, share ideas, and participate in discussions. These Community Guidelines are intended to help create an environment where everyone feels safe and respected.
These Guidelines apply to all areas of Scarlet Hunter Social Club, including public chat rooms, direct messages, profiles, blogs, comments, groups, forums, and any future community features.
Violation of these Guidelines may result in content removal, warnings, temporary suspension, permanent account termination, or other enforcement actions as appropriate.
1. Be Respectful
Treat every member with courtesy and respect.
Healthy debate and differing opinions are welcome, but personal attacks are not.
Do:
- Be kind and welcoming.
- Respect differing viewpoints.
- Communicate honestly.
- Help new members feel included.
- Report problems instead of escalating them.
Do not:
- Harass other members.
- Bully or intimidate others.
- Repeatedly insult or provoke someone.
- Encourage others to target another member.
2. Consent and Personal Boundaries
Scarlet Hunter values respectful communication and personal boundaries.
Always respect another member’s decisions.
Do not:
- Pressure someone into conversations they do not want.
- Continue contacting someone after they have asked you to stop.
- Circumvent blocks or privacy settings.
- Use multiple accounts to contact someone who has blocked you.
“No” always means no.
3. Adult Community
Scarlet Hunter is intended for adults age 18 and older.
Members may discuss adult topics consistent with these Guidelines and the Terms & Agreements.
However, the following is prohibited:
- Sexual exploitation of any person.
- Any content involving minors.
- Non-consensual sexual content.
- Coercive or exploitative conduct.
- Sharing intimate images without permission.
- Requests for illegal sexual activity.
4. No Harassment or Hate
We have zero tolerance for targeted harassment or hateful conduct.
Do not attack people because of characteristics such as:
- Race
- Color
- National origin
- Ethnicity
- Religion
- Disability
- Sex
- Gender
- Gender identity
- Sexual orientation
- Age
- Veteran status
- Other protected characteristics under applicable law
Criticizing ideas is acceptable. Attacking people for who they are is not.
5. Illegal Activity
Scarlet Hunter may not be used to promote, facilitate, or organize illegal activity.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Fraud
- Identity theft
- Human trafficking
- Exploitation of minors
- Distribution of malware
- Financial scams
- Phishing
- Sale or distribution of illegal drugs
- Distribution of counterfeit documents
- Promotion of terrorism or violent extremism
Accounts engaging in illegal activity may be permanently removed and, where appropriate, referred to law enforcement.
6. Protect Privacy
Respect everyone’s privacy.
Do not post or share:
- Home addresses
- Phone numbers
- Government identification numbers
- Financial account information
- Passwords
- Private emails
- Personal documents
- Another person’s private photos without permission
Never “doxx” another member.
7. No Spam or Unwanted Advertising
Scarlet Hunter exists to build community—not to send unsolicited promotions.
Do not:
- Flood chats with repeated messages.
- Send unsolicited advertisements.
- Promote pyramid schemes.
- Send bulk direct messages.
- Use automated posting tools.
- Post misleading affiliate links.
- Create multiple accounts to promote products or services.
Limited self-promotion may be allowed only where specifically authorized by Scarlet Hunter.
8. Authentic Accounts
Use only your own account.
Do not:
- Share accounts.
- Sell accounts.
- Impersonate another person.
- Pretend to represent Scarlet Hunter.
- Create fake moderator accounts.
Parody accounts must not mislead other users.
9. Respect Intellectual Property
Only share content you have the right to use.
Do not upload copyrighted material without permission.
If you believe your copyrighted work has been used improperly, contact Scarlet Hunter with details so we can review the claim.
10. Keep the Community Safe
Report behavior that violates these Guidelines.
Examples include:
- Harassment
- Threats
- Fraud
- Spam
- Impersonation
- Illegal activity
- Exploitation
- Security concerns
Reports are reviewed as promptly as reasonably possible.
11. Meeting Other Members
Scarlet Hunter is an online community.
Members are responsible for their own decisions and interactions.
If you choose to communicate or meet with another member outside the platform:
- Use good judgment.
- Meet only if you are comfortable doing so.
- Consider meeting in a public place.
- Tell a trusted person where you are going.
- Respect each other’s boundaries and consent.
Scarlet Hunter does not arrange, supervise, verify, or guarantee offline interactions between members.
12. Moderator Decisions
Moderators work to maintain a safe and welcoming community.
They may:
- Remove content.
- Lock discussions.
- Issue warnings.
- Suspend accounts.
- Permanently ban users.
- Restrict access to community features.
Attempts to evade moderation actions by creating additional accounts may result in permanent removal.
13. Reporting Violations
If you observe behavior that violates these Guidelines:
- Use the Report feature when available.
- Contact Scarlet Hunter support.
- Provide as much detail as possible.
False or malicious reports may themselves violate these Guidelines.
14. Enforcement
Depending on the severity and frequency of violations, Scarlet Hunter may take one or more of the following actions:
- Educational reminder.
- Written warning.
- Removal of content.
- Temporary restrictions.
- Temporary suspension.
- Permanent account termination.
- Referral to appropriate authorities where required by law.
Serious violations may result in immediate account termination without prior warning.
15. Changes to These Guidelines
Scarlet Hunter may update these Community Guidelines from time to time.
The current version will always be available on our website, along with the Effective Date.
Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Guidelines.
