Scarlet Hunter Social Club (“Scarlet Hunter,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to maintaining a respectful, welcoming, and secure online community for adults.
This Safety & Reporting Policy explains:
- Our approach to community safety.
- How members can report concerning content or behavior.
- How reports are reviewed.
- Possible enforcement actions.
- Our expectations for responsible participation.
This Policy should be read together with our Terms & Agreements, Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and Acceptable Use Policy.
2. Our Commitment
Scarlet Hunter strives to provide a community where members can communicate respectfully and safely.
We work to reduce:
- Harassment
- Bullying
- Spam
- Fraud
- Impersonation
- Hate-based conduct
- Threats of violence
- Distribution of malware
- Illegal activity
- Content that violates our Community Guidelines
We reserve the right to investigate reports and take appropriate action to protect our community.

Scarlet Hunter may provide safety features including:
- Member reporting tools
- User blocking
- Conversation moderation
- Account suspension tools
- Account removal
- Content removal
- Automated spam detection
- Additional moderation technologies adopted by Scarlet Hunter over time
Available features may change as the platform evolves.
4. Automated Moderation
Scarlet Hunter uses automated moderation tools to help identify content that may violate our policies.
Automated systems may help detect or flag:
- Spam
- Fraudulent activity
- Harassment
- Threats
- Repeated abusive behavior
- Other content that may violate our Terms or Community Guidelines
Automated systems assist our moderation process but do not replace human judgment. Not every flagged item will result in enforcement, and some violations may not be detected automatically.
5. Human Review
Where appropriate, reports and flagged content may be reviewed by authorized moderators or administrators.
Moderators may consider factors including:
- Context
- Severity
- Frequency
- Intent
- Prior account history
- Community safety
Scarlet Hunter reserves discretion in making moderation decisions.
6. What Should Be Reported
Members should report conduct including, but not limited to:
- Harassment
- Threats
- Hate-based conduct
- Spam
- Scams
- Impersonation
- Distribution of malware
- Fraud
- Doxxing
- Unauthorized sharing of private information
- Non-consensual intimate imagery
- Content promoting illegal activity
- Attempts to exploit or groom minors
- Other violations of our Terms or Community Guidelines
7. How to Report Content
Members should use the reporting features available within the Scarlet Hunter platform whenever possible.
When submitting a report, include:
- The user involved.
- The conversation or content being reported.
- A brief description of the issue.
- Any additional information that may assist moderators.
False or intentionally misleading reports may themselves violate our Community Guidelines.
8. Confidentiality of Reports
Scarlet Hunter will make reasonable efforts to treat reports confidentially.
However, information related to a report may be shared when reasonably necessary to:
- Investigate the report.
- Enforce our policies.
- Protect community safety.
- Comply with legal obligations.
- Respond to lawful requests from governmental authorities.
9. Possible Enforcement Actions
Depending on the circumstances, Scarlet Hunter may:
- Issue a reminder.
- Issue a formal warning.
- Remove content.
- Restrict messaging privileges.
- Restrict access to specific features.
- Temporarily suspend an account.
- Permanently terminate an account.
- Preserve relevant records where appropriate.
- Refer matters to law enforcement when required by law or reasonably necessary to address serious unlawful conduct.
Scarlet Hunter is not required to apply enforcement measures in any particular order.
10. Appeals
Members who believe an enforcement action was taken in error may contact Scarlet Hunter through the designated support channel.
Submission of an appeal does not guarantee reversal of a moderation decision.
Scarlet Hunter may uphold, modify, or reverse moderation decisions after review.
11. Blocking Other Members
Members may use available blocking tools to limit interactions with other users.
Blocking another member does not automatically result in disciplinary action against that member.
If a member’s conduct violates our policies, a report should also be submitted.
12. Offline Interactions
Scarlet Hunter is an online communication platform.
Scarlet Hunter does not arrange, supervise, or verify meetings between members.
If members choose to interact outside the platform, they do so at their own discretion and risk.
Members are encouraged to:
- Meet only when they feel comfortable.
- Respect consent and personal boundaries.
- Consider meeting in public locations for initial meetings.
- Inform a trusted person of their plans.
- Leave any situation in which they feel unsafe.
Scarlet Hunter cannot guarantee the conduct or identity of any member outside the platform.
13. Emergency Situations
Scarlet Hunter is not an emergency response service.
If you believe there is an immediate risk of serious physical harm or another emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately before submitting a report through Scarlet Hunter.
14. Child Safety
Scarlet Hunter has zero tolerance for child sexual exploitation or abuse.
Accounts involved in content that exploits or endangers minors may be immediately terminated.
Where appropriate, Scarlet Hunter may preserve relevant information and cooperate with lawful investigations consistent with applicable law.
15. Account Security
Members are responsible for protecting their own accounts.
We recommend:
- Using a strong, unique password.
- Enabling multi-factor authentication if offered.
- Never sharing login credentials.
- Logging out of shared devices.
- Reporting suspected unauthorized access promptly.
16. Good-Faith Reporting
Members are encouraged to report concerns in good faith.
Knowingly submitting false reports, attempting to weaponize the reporting system, or repeatedly filing malicious complaints may result in moderation action.
17. Continuous Improvement
Scarlet Hunter may update its moderation practices, reporting tools, and safety features as technology, legal requirements, and community needs evolve.
Updates may include new automated detection tools, additional reporting options, or revised moderation procedures.
18. Policy Updates
This Safety & Reporting Policy may be updated periodically.
Material changes will be posted on the website with an updated Effective Date.
Continued use of Scarlet Hunter after such changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
